We strive for precision in every print, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your 3D printing equipment or unopened filaments within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all hardware is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your 3D printer or accessories in their original internal foam and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and the integrity of the filament seals, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
